"I wasted my entire lunch break for 30 minutes in line for just a Ghost Pepper sandwich. The line wasn't even that long. They were just working ridiculously slow or acting like it was there 1st day. When I got to the 2nd window the woman tried handing me a drink I didn't order. On top of that they rang up the wrong sandwich and then looked at me with the deer in headlights look like im just gonna be okay with the fish sandwich they accidentally rung up instead. I asked for a refund to one other girl and she walked away from me. A manager came back and said to wait 2 min and then I finally got my sandwhich. They were literally completely dumbfounded on what to even do at their job. Like fr who hired y'all?"

"What a total disaster this location is. Latest experience; only one beef patty put in a Pretzel Baconator. Napkins are missing most of the time & lines are slow at drive through. I’m done with this location, the general manager here along with the help are incompetent!"

"The cashier did not speak loud enough to hear what she was saying when asking us questions. Had to have her repeat everything. Most tables needed wiped off, had to wipe our self. Soda dispenser was out of a lot of drinks. Ketchup dispenser was empty. So by the time we got table wiped off, and spent approximately 5-10 minutes trying to get a soda that was available, running back and forth to table...food was cold. Won't be going back to that Wendy's."

"So first of all, if ordering for 2 wasn't painful enough, they dropped the order of chicken nuggets on the counter and returned them to the warmer and mixed them in, and grabbed some out. I asked if those were the same ones that fell on the counter, thinking I'm a compete idiot they say no, these are fresh. Then there was no ice in the pop machines, and they didn't fill that those till we were leaving. Definitely not returning! Worst then McDonald's and we all know how hard that is. BTW this was at 1100am."

"Burger was so crispy and clean. We ordered one large fry to charge and 2 jr bacons each. I will say this. They must have new management. We didn’t come for so long Becuase we got food poisoning twice last year. So glad they cleaned up!!! The hard work and effort in the management and crew is really showing !! Keep it up moline team! ❤️ From the Crimmins."
