"I really appreciate that service. They have a pre-order almost $700 item and they told me to come on 27th and we went to March 3 and they said you're already sold your items and they never know when they're gonna get backed over item and there is very awful. They already charge almost $700 and they have no clue when we gonna receive our order and never gonna shop again in Best Buy in DeKalb."

"Best Buy is a joke I bought a monitor and I opened it didn’t like the way it didn’t match my other monitors and it had a scratch and no hdmi cord so I went to return it and Andrew a sales associate told me since it’s not a “open box” they can’t take it back even though I just bought the monitor three days ago with proof of purchase…. I’ll be bringing my business els where and I advise you to as well"

"I went in because my Fitbit was dark, and I couldn't figure out how to fix it. A customer service person went online and fixed it in seconds! I wish I'd gotten his name. Very nice and didn't make me feel bad for not figuring it out! Awesome customer service!"

"Dear Best Buy: Probably 98% of consumers do their research at home/online prior to coming into the store, as well as price shopping and comparing. Pretty much the only reason we come in anymore is to physically look at products we're interested in buying online these days (due to lower price and free shipping). With that being said, we don't need to be ambushed 2 feet into your store by 3 employees asking "what are you looking for" or "what brings you in today?" It's just like going to a car dealership anymore lately."

"Had an appointment here for 2pm on the 23rd to have my wife's remote start installed in her car as it was her Christmas gift. I checked in at 150pm and the tech said he was running 30-40mins behind. I went shopping and showed up 2.5 hours later near 5pm. The tech never touched my car, it was in the exact same spot I parked in. I went in to ask, and he said "oh I got stuck troubleshooting" his current project. I asked him if their phones were broken and why I never got a phone call. He wanted to reschedule to the 29th, as if I have nothing else to do, and I said no, I'll be out of town. I am a frequent customer, not after this, and a total tech member, also canceling after this. Maybe it was a blessing since he had to "trouble shoot" an ongoing install that he didn't touch my car. I am highly disappointed in this lack of professionalism. Then, I waited on the corporate phone for 45 minutes, and they said a "store manager" would be in contact, another lie. No one has called me. I scheduled this location as I had business here but it's an hour from my house. This wasted an additional 4 hours of my time, and nothing got accomplished but unnecessary frustration. My business and all my referrals will be going elsewhere. Not just from this store, but all of Best Buy brands.."
