"First time experience at Edison’s and it was beyond expected. Drinks were delicious AND half priced after 10pm, where else can you find this? Avery was a wonderful bartender who had great recommendations and even better pours. Enjoyed a shrimp ceviche that only touched the tip of the iceberg of what was offered on the food menu. WILL be back and will enjoy many more drinks and food at Edison’s."

"I'm a bit surprised it took me so long to hear about Edison's. Stopped in twice in the last week, once for lunch and once for a after work social hour. They have an excellent selection of mixed drinks with uncommon options if you're up for trying new things, and if not, a wide selections of beers on tap and in bottles. (Tried the Espresso Martini and the Paloma, both were great) I had the Crab Cakes and Connecticut Lobster Roll (because hot is better than cold) both were excellent and on par with the better Midwest seafood options in the area. Comfy chairs, friendly and efficient service (shout out to their GM and their crazy busser in bright orange shorts), overall a good atmosphere. It got a bit loud as the crowd grew, but nothing excessive, just people having a good time. Will definitely be back in the future!"

"Deviled eggs were phenomenal! Will be coming back for the lobster roll, super generous and delicious. Madeline our sever was attentive and prompt. Service was exceptional. And the atmosphere…coming from a professional chef…chefs kiss good! I’m incredibly intrigued as to what firm designed the space"

"Great food, everything I order was delicious! I was craving oysters and was not disappointed. Oysters were clean and fresh. The house sauce for them was also fantastic! The kettle chips and kamaboko dip was also great. I had 2 cocktails and those were also amazing, I recommend the cucumber kick margarita if you like some spice. Shout out to Heather, thank you for the great service and recommendations!"

"Well, they are just after their soft opening so let’s give them the benefit of the doubt. Drinks are interesting, menu has potential, the service was spot on, the food was okay lacking seasoning weird butter lettuce, sloppy hand rolls, the outdoor space is perfect at least for a few months in the Midwest, prices are high for what you get, the use of ordering and paying by app is what is in, but hey why oh why the stupid tipping method? Too much tip is almost automatically suggested and applied !"
