Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

"Very quick service. Food was very good and was served piping hot! Our waitress was a rockstar!"

"I was in town for an event & came here for a late lunch. I waited 5 minutes for a server to come to my table. She came & told me that she would be right with me but went over to another table that was seated after me but had more people. 5 minutes after that she took my order. Food came, she didn't even come back & check until I was almost done eating. She walked away before I could ask for more fries. I had a coupon for a free burger. I was told that my order wasn't big enough for the free burger but gave it to me anyway. I said my drinks put me over the minimum. She showed me on the screen, only my soft drink. I said I ordered a vanilla shake to go. Her reply-Oh, I forgot about that. I was thinking are you for real? You wrote it down. She went & got the shake. She brought it back & then stood at the table while I figured her tip to pay in cash. After she walked away, I tried the shake. It was awful! I swear if I didn't know better, it was spiked. I tried to get someone's attention to ask but everyone was busy with bigger tables. I can't seem to find online what is put in Monster shakes. How can you ruin a shake? I ended up tossing it after a few sips. This makes 2 bad visits (different locations) in a row to Red Robin. I will be rethinking Red Robin in the future."

"Burger had good flavor but was rare in the middle. Had to wait 30 minutes on a Saturday night when the restaurant was only maybe half full. They said they didn't have enough staff. Bar had 3 beers on tap, and they were out of most bottle beer and bar rum, so they wanted to charge more for drinks like Mai Tai. All this and I watched our sever sit down to eat with the other staff while people were waiting for a table with all the open seating. I'm not going to return here!"

"Ordered the $15 royal burger which has always been my favorite until last night. this was the worst burger I’ve ever had and the cook should be ashamed of himself! Not only was the burger extremely flat, the bacon was burnt, and the egg was overly cooked it was a hard boiled egg, it was burnt on the bottom, and my broccoli was supposed to be steamed instead it was raw! What is going on with restaurants these days? This is pathetic!"

"Slayish.. went here with my sister. Waited a while on our waitress and just to set despite it being a slower Monday night. It was freezing inside. My side salad which should be bottomless, had frozen cucumbers in it and only refilled if asking. Overall not impressed. The burgers were good but for $17 they better be."
