Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

"The first table that we were seated at was not clean. Food crumbs on the table and chairs. Our server was attentive but seemed unhappy. He never smiled and when we would ask for something he would get it but didn’t really acknowledge us in any way. I really think he was just having a bad day. Everyone on the store side was super friendly though. Because of the dirty table is why I only gave 4 stars. I usually really enjoy Cracker Barrel and loved the fire on a cold winter day."

"Silverware was dirty, also had dried water marks from hard water left on them. Menu needs lots of attention. Ripped, dirty."

"Updated: 8 sept 2023. The only new complaint is that they will not bring biscuits out until food comes out. This makes it hard to keep hungry kids sane. Our waitress killed it. Steak was cooked as requested and even though it was packed, we got a table for 5 at noon, on a Saturday. Food: the food taste good. My girl friend and I ordered the same thing, country boy breakfast with the sirloin steak medium. We ordered the two pancake breakfast for the kids. Those pancakes are big. When the food came, everything was good until my girl friend cut into her steak and it was rare. Instead of sending it back we just swapped steaks. Building: The building was clean. We didn’t use the bathrooms so I can’t contest to that. Staff: The staff we had was okay. She didn’t stand out compared to previous waitresses we had, but she didn’t do anything bad. For her defense, she had a lot of tables. Stars: 4 stars because of the steak and that the biscuits have a delayed delivery."

"One of our favorite restaurants! We recently went and found they have revamped the menu since our last visit. The new appetizers had a great price for 3, so we tried the cheese curds, fried pickles, and has brown bites. All were very good. Whenever we come to Cracker Barrel we always have excellent service and our food is always cooked just right. The store is also a highlight of our visits. Can’t wait to come back!"

"First time at this location. Going in - good food, great fast service was the expectation. For dinner had classic chicken fried steak, wife had chicken pot pie, both were excellent. Hash browns not fully cooked. Corn bread muffins and bisquets servered warm, server brought out an extra basket. Waited 15 minutes at hostess station finally, ugh, finally asked a server for a table. Waited 15 more minutes after getting menus, had to ask a server to place an order, she was surprised we asked, she murmured a low comment about younger man server. The actual server we had was excellent. Overall, food is good, prepare to wait a long time to enjoy it. Will pass on this location next time."
