"Felicia is very rude I believe that’s her name. I will not be stopping back here again. The food was cold and when I asked them to warm it up more she sarcastically told the cook he needs it warmed up more it’s to cold. I waited 10 minutes for them to stop partying in the back before they came up to take out order and then got scolded for trying to get their attention. Terrible customer service zero out of 10"
"Just drove from DeWitt, Iowa at 10:00 on Sunday morning to get breakfast for my family. Only to be told we're kind of not taking orders right now. Not you might have to wait a little bit or anything like that. Just we're not taking orders."
"Arrived shortly after 12pm. Already knew it was going to be a wait when there's only 3 people working. One person working the drive thru, one person making orders, the other working deep fryer. Waited 4 minutes to place eat-in order. Waiting another almost 8 minutes to receive it. Table next to my son & I needed attention. Floor was a bit sticky."
"Today you all sold my dad a roast beef sandwich with a burnt bun. He made it to the Wapsi River before eating it. Too far out to turn around. Then had to eat it without the bun. He attempted to call the number on the receipt and no answer. He is a retired, hard worker with a fixed income. Fast food costs too much these days for a line worker to decide a burnt bun is what you place the roast beef on."
"Emily working the fryer was very sweet to an older gentleman who came in, asking him if he wanted “the usual” and if he had gotten his haircut. I thought that was so sweet of her to notice. Kindness goes a long way! Great food, good atmosphere, hard workers"
