"Customer service is very poor here.My husband and I come here at least 2 or more days a week and spend anywhere from $20-60 each time. The latest we've ever come in is at 2:30pm and they close at 3pm. We've been told "we always come in so late and "they're closing because they haven't had any customers". Well, you had two customers that spend a good amount of money. Very rude and not appreciative of customers business which is supposed to go to help animals. Disappointed."

"Good selection and good people. Found the video we were looking for in a couple of books and a couple of other things. Great selection of items. Donations must be good and I'm happy to see that see that it's a good cause!!"

"A new store dedicated to helping animals. The store relies on donations and has been steadily growing. If you want to donate clothes, books cds and DVDs the store will benefit from it. Call ahead in regards to acceptable donations."
