"Not familiar with local restaurants anymore so I googled and found this gem. You know it's a good place when you're greeted by the owner, wait staff and locals. Portions were quite fair. I had the Lumberjack Omelette with hash browns and my folks both had the Shrimp Basket with American fries and salad. Ma and Dad had enough for another meal each and me, I ate most of my meal since I didn't have breakfast, it was afternoon and I was hungry. Oh, the coffee was hot and good too and they kept my cup full! Overall it was a nice little neighborhood restaurant and even though we don't get to Beloit often we do plan to stop back in. Thank you for the good food and great service!"
