"I recently had the unfortunate experience of touring this apartment complex, and I must say that the staff's treatment was nothing short of appalling. Not only did I encounter rude behavior once, but it happened on two separate occasions, leaving me deeply disappointed and frustrated. During my initial visit, I was greeted by a very aggressive older lady. I later found out, her name was Shameka. Hoping for a different experience, I decided to give it another try a few weeks later. However, I was met with the same unwelcoming attitude. I followed the instructions and filled out the form/guest card, only to have the staff member completely ignore everything I had written on it. To make matters worse, she condescendingly asked me, "Do I even know my budget?" This caught me off guard, as my budget exceeded the current market price for the floor plan I was interested in. Instead of providing a proper tour, she simply pointed through the window, indicating the location of the pool, and opened the door to a unit they considered the model. She then closed the door, leaving me inside without any guidance or explanation. Throughout this so-called "tour," the staff member's demeanor was consistently unwelcoming. Every question I asked was met with sighs and eye rolls, as if my inquiries were an inconvenience. The contrast in her attitude was evident when a resident approached her for assistance with finding their mailbox. Suddenly, her disposition changed, and she responded with a chipper attitude, using complete sentences. It was clear that she selectively chose who to treat with professionalism, and unfortunately, I was not one of them. Working in customer service can be challenging, and I understand that everyone has bad days. However, there is a social standard that should be upheld within this field. The staff member's horrifying attitude and complete lack of professionalism raise serious concerns about her suitability for her role. I cannot fathom how she has been allowed to be in charge of anything with such an unpleasant demeanor. To say that I would hate to interact with this woman unless absolutely necessary while living here would be an understatement. As someone looking for a place to call home, I expected a welcoming and supportive environment. Unfortunately, my experience with this staff member has left me questioning whether this is the right place for me. In conclusion, I strongly advise potential residents to take these incidents into consideration when considering this apartment complex. The staff's mistreatment and unprofessional behavior have created an incredibly negative impression, and I sincerely hope that management addresses these issues promptly."

"I was genuinely interested in touring this property. I came in filled out the guest card like you are and to and take a seat. Noone came out to greet me. I finally got into the office. The lady saw me when I first came in. Not one time did she acknowledge me or see what I needed. Not one time. And her attitude was beyond piss poor. God forbid she had to come out of her big office to do her job. I will not be returning."

"I left my car in these apartments when I dropped my sibling to the airport. I fell sick and was working so I was not able to go back and pick my car. Today on my first day off of the week I went to get my car and I couldn’t find it . I feared that it had been towed and I started dreading how much I would have to pay to get it back. I went to the leasing office to inquire what might have happened to it. Gabby greeted me with warmth and did her best to help me get information about my car . I was at fault for leaving my car there but Gabby’s treatment of me was so humbling. She truly cared and even offered me the Houston non emergency number. I told her that I would go look for it again before I called the police. I found it and I just had to go back and thank her for her kindness towards me . God bless you Gabby we need more people like you in this world."

"We arrived at 4:50 and wanted to see the apartment, to which we were told that we needed to plan the tour in advance and offered to make an appointment. I didn't see a big queue or busy staff there. It seemed to me that they didn’t want to waste time on us at the end of the working day. Also, be prepared for the fact that the prices on the site will differ from the real ones."

"Been resident for 9 months and hope to continue to stay if the yearly lease is kept at same rate. The property is always kept up to date and cleaned throughout the day. The maintenance keeps great care of property and they seem to know what they are doing. I stay on the pool view and they clean the pool everyday in morning and it is crystal clear no matter winter or summer seasons. The property staff are well knowledge of the property and always welcome you in the office to talk if you have any concerning issues about the property. Parking is only for residents on floors 1-5 , and every level do have signs what level they are on so you won’t get towed. The property emails residents every week letting them know do not to let guest park 1-5 and it’s residents only. Warning they will tow if your guest violates. All garage levels are elevator friendly through out all floors for everyone . They have pool tables , nice clean gym , and yoga room as amenities. The location is walking distance to cvs and to the entrance to bike trail park and to many other surrounding area restaurants. There is a security every night that’s comes in around 7 or 8 at night that patrols the property over night."
