"I have been living here going on 2 weeks. Love the apt. Not so good walking up to the 3rd floor. I'll mange. The staff is nice and friendly. No maintenance issues. The only issue I have is the PARKING! If you are not at the apartment by 6pm you can forget finding a parking space. Every single parking space is taken. Management will you ever consider doing reserve parking? Thank you"
"Leasing office is shady and lies to steal your application money. Denied my application over a charge that was over 9 years ago and gave me no prior information about their specific requirements for criminal history. Mind you no other property in Houston has ever ever brought up this "charge". Completely unprofessional and I would not suggest wasting your money applying here. Not to mention the crime rate in the area is horrible cars getting stolen and vandalized all the time. I emailed several times and the property manager apparently didn't have the time to get back to me about her shady leasing agents telling me I'd get approved and having me waste $200 over false promises. Would not recommend because they have 20 year old leasing agents that lie and tell you anything to get you to waste money on an application and then never follow through on their end even when it comes to forwarding the denial reason. Have reported them to the BBB but I thought I'd make a review because I literally choose places based off reviews and since they could care less about customer service I thought potential residents should know that they do not care about anything but money!(:"

They are very quick to assist with unexpected issues in and around my apartment. I also want to say Dimesha is an amazing leasing agent! Thanks for your professionalism and friendly support!"
