"I am a current resident here and i have been lied to i have called cooperate on number of occasions i never get a called back ever ive been lied too about discounts that i didnt ask for they came in fix something left sticky stuff all over the floor screws everywhere they used a roll and of half of my toiletries to get up water that i pay for not them i build off water in front of my door i kept reporting it til a friend of mine broke their arm by slipping in the mud i called cooperate 2 years ago and 3x last week still waiting on a call i was told a kara would call me i have heard from anyone this place is a joke"

"Do not move here! They will tow you're car for no reason!!!! You will not be able to have visitors because if they park in visitor parking for more than 1 hour they will tow you!!! A few of my neighbors and I will not be renewing because of the tow truck situation. It has gotten ridiculous. If you want to have visitors over you must tell them to park at Walmart across the street and go pick them up. Very shady unprofessional business going on. Don't let those fake reviews fool you!"

"Mrs. Pat has been instrumental in making our move into these apartments go well! she is very understanding and reasonable at first we werent very happy with the state of the apartment, however it was mostly due to previous tennants. Mrs. Pat made sure everything was fixed in a timely manner and now we are enjoying our time here at the westmount at coppermill!"

"My husband and I have a 15 month lease. We are 3 months in and pretty satisfied with the professionalism shown by Mrs. Pat. She is the only one we request to speak to because she actually gets things done and takes us seriously. We needed new appliances in the kitchen due to being unsafe, and she took this seriously and within a month we had a new fridge and microwave. We are thankful she works on this property. If we didn’t have her help, we would not of stayed. I’m glad we did. Great location, and very cozy apartment to call home for the next year to come. They even did an appreciation day where they gave us pizza and soda.Thank you Mrs. Pat!"
