"It's hard to recommend this Culvers. I went with the family in early January and paid. I didnt notice that my card was never charged for the meal. Then without warning or notice my card was charged almost two months later. When I called and asked about this they said their card reader had issues in early January so they just recharged everyone who was affected now. That is fine legally but a heads up would have be nice. It's a terrible customer experience. It's hard to say you should go here when you might end up getting charged by them months later. Foods the same as any Culvers. We will just be driving to another one in the future."
"I’d like to know how you train your employees to take orders from customers? If a person asks for a plane hamburger, does she asking for two patties, to me a plane hamburger means one Berger not two. And if she asks for medium fry that doesn’t mean a large one. The last couple of times my order has been screwed up. I asked for crispy chicken sandwich with just catchup and mayo, instead I got tomato and lettuce. Not what I asked for. It’s going to be a while before I come back."
"I highly recommend this place. The people here are honest and hard working. Everything is fresh and they have the BEST customer service from any fast food chain, hands down the best!! And the food is delicious!!! Did I mention fresh?! Stop by and tell them Tony sent you!"
"Stopped for a hot meal on the way home from a LONG road trip. Delicious, freshly made Atlantic Cod sandwich and some butterflies shrimp. Couldn't leave without my favorite red raspberry ice cream."
"Culver’s is always our go to pit stop for family road trips across the Midwest because it’s kid friendly, they have big menu, and the food is consistently good. We’ve probably been to 20+ different Culver’s locations between IA, MN, WI, and MI. The Princeton, IL location wins the award for most beautiful flower arrangement and outdoor seating area! I love a business with attention to detail, and the stunning flower display was such a nice touch at this location. Kudos to the Culver’s team at this location (especially the friendly gentleman who was literally watering the flowers throughout our lunch meal on the patio). Oh, and of course the food was great per usual!"
