"So extremely disgusting I found a HAIR in my sandwich and they STILL charged me for the sandwich and I wanted a refund and didn’t even want the sandwich after that but the lady was sooooo rude I just said forget it. I will definitely NOT recommend to anybody. I would rather drive to ROCKFORD if they can’t even give me a clean sandwich and good customer service. I guess I have to give it one star so my review can be posted"

"We had an office event and my sandwich was nothing but lettuce and bread. I always knew Jimmy Johns was overrated, that why I don't frequent that establishment. They do not stand above any other sub restaurants, just mediocre to me based on my experience"

"I go to Jimmy John's because I like the product. Freeport is my hometown and I understand there's some small town comradery between folks in the service business. I got to the store today to pick up my online order, (which I saw by the cash register), and waited for the person in front of me to finish their order. In walked a regular known by name, and the folks behind the counter exchanged pleasantries with him. The lady in front of me finished ordering and waived me in. Without even looking at me the cashier asked if the guy that walked in behind me was having his regular and what options he wanted. I had been there waiting for at least 3 minutes without recognition. The regular guy placed his order, paid, and THEN the cashier asked what I wanted. Gave me my online order which was the order I saw at the register and without a smile or thank you gave me a cup for a drink. No thank you, no have a nice day, nothing. I like Jimmy John's product, but Freeport Store, you have to try harder. Until Jimmy John's is by appointment only, it's first come, first serve. Please improve your customer service and I promise you, you will sell more sandwiches."

"On a cold January evening, I sought sustenance for my kin. It was far too cold for a journey to the market, so I contacted Jimmy John. He was happy to relive stories from the past, and then prepared and delivered sandwiches for all. We were pleased with the food and wished Jimmy well."

"Ordered today and there is ROTTING lettuce on my sandwich. I ate half then noticed. Jimmy John’s is my favorite sandwich place. But this is sick. Would y’all eat that?? Looks soo much worse in person. We ordered and drink, never got it it wasnt even on our receipt but we paid for it. Truly just cannot believe this. Literally almost every piece was pink and wilted"
