"The person in the drive through was awful. Disrespectful. We ordered number 7 gave us number 5 didn’t ask us to repeat it. Then the curly hair guy said we have to pay again even tho he’s the one who messed up on it. He was trying to make us pay again!! NO normally if they mess up they just refund with the food we actually ordered instead of paying their MESS UP…. Good thing we checked. Didn’t get our number 7 though.Worst service EVER. The guy wasn’t even nice about it. I don’t complain normally but this was just awful."
"I ordered 2 chalupas, add beef, no tomatoes and a chicken quesadilla. How do y’all get the most simple tasks wrong? but y’all said nah. I received 2 chalupas, with chicken and tomatoes. But not only did you not give me my quesadilla but you gave me a 3rd CHICKEN chalupa? It’s so simple. So so simple. But y’all want that raise right?"
"Food cold/old Atmosphere let’s just say the place the place wasn’t clean the whole day and bathrooms look like they haven’t been properly clean in months service well let’s just say I watch someone take a DoorDash order and left and they didn’t realize it. 15 minutes later I had to let them know that someone stole a DoorDash order and the guy was homeless and the DoorDash guy was kind I’ve checked off. He sat there for 10 minutes. waiting for someone to come up there and help him and then he just left"
"My family went to get food after we order I went to the bathroom I slip and fell pretty hard the floor was wet so I told the supervisor that handed me the food that she should put a wet floor sign in the bathroom. She blew me off completely ignore I didn't want anything just a wet floor sign but I was dismissed and ignore no bathroom sign by the time we left. You guys have no communication skills or empathy for your customers. The food was ok though"
"Today must’ve been my lucky day because I received 5 start service from these people the lady at the drive through was so kind and sweet I wish I could have someone like that at my every drive through I been all around illinois and this has to be the best service I’ve received from a Taco Bell"
