"I don't typically put a bad word out into the chaos of the internet but this one truly deserves it. On multiple occasions, I have had awful experiences. From a blatant disregard for proper customer service to getting someone else's entire order instead of my own. One snowy Monday night, I stopped through to pick up a crispy chicken sandwich dinner for my son who just finished bowling practice, there were just 3 cars ahead of me but it took quite some time to get up to the window. I noticed quite a few Door Dash orders in the time it took me to approach the window so I specifically gave the window cashier an extra $6+ on top of the already $13 I was spending and told ol' boy to keep the change and that the night was almost over for him. He looked at me and said, "Bet" and turned around and closed the window lmao. That one dinner that evening was made/rang in incorrectly. I've been in the industry for 15 years and have yet to have any experience close to that. Yikes"

"If you go at night, they stop making chicken awhile before closing & sometimes run out of chicken pieces or crispy or original chicken & you have to take what they have left. (I learned not to go there a half hour to an hour before closing). Their shrimp is really good, but not all KFC's have fish or shrimp."
"I was happy to see a long John Silver's when I passed through freeport with my family. I didn't enjoy it the way I did when I was a child eating with my parents at local LJS. There used to be several in my city, now there are none. The middle-aged black woman behind the counter had too much attitude, no one's fault but her own that she's too old to work there. I had a party of 3, two of us ordered water she refused to allow us cups of water, she said it as if we were dishonest people who would steal pop, she has business judging anyone or question them about their meal or dietary choices, I always have water with every meal. 2 of us ordered something from the long John Silver menu my teenager ordered KFC and only took a bite out of his sandwich and didn't eat the rest. The sandwich looked extremely soggy and greasy."
