"Had a appointment at 8:30 for a 1.5-2 hour job... 3.5 hours later I had to contact them and ask how it was going hey had not even started on my car.... I had told them that I really needed the car by 11:30.... but at latest by 1:30.... appointments don’t matter to this company. Neither does timely work, I could have had this done elsewhere and saved 3 hours in waiting and made a meeting and had a ton of errands done... nothing but excuses from management also"
"Very expensive in the first place then tried to charge even more than the outrageous price we already agreed on. Didn't fill oil to proper level, didn't put air cleaner back on right, just left it dangling & unconnected, car idles weird now & doesn't have the power it used to have. Pretty sure they didn't replace with same like for like parts just whatever was cheapest. Lied about everything. I would not recommend going to this place for ANYTHING! Bottom line - between what the warranty company paid & what I paid, which is around $5500 total, I now have ZERO confidence in my car.."
