"Absolutely terrible customer service and rude as heck to people spending hundreds of dollars for their products. Refuse to acknowledge customer concerns and even respond to complaints and questions.. they will blatantly ignore your requests for resolution of an issue. More than happy to cancel your order and lose customers for life. Disgraceful communication skills or lack there of rather. Their system does not follow their rules and they make it seem like it’s your fault. Lost over $500 on an order and their response was that I should have done an action that they restrict. So they basically knew the outcome and sent me on a wild goose chase to deal with UPS when they have restrictions that don’t allow customers to do what they were telling me I needed to do for a resolution. They told me I need to change my personal banking information as if that’s any of their business or a realistic resolution…. Refused requests for resolution at time of placing my order and after the fact told me I should have requested my previous requests as the resolution. Horribly disappointed.. and will not be doing business here ever again. I requested multiple times for it to be sent to a pick up location and was told I could not then after it was stolen your response was that I should have had it sent to a pick up location. I’m not sure how that doesn’t reflect on you all?? I communicate clearly that wasn’t a safe location to deliver regardless of it being my house nor billing address. You told me I should have don’t something I requested several times…. Pathetic tbh then to turn around and act like I didn’t address all of this before the package was even shipped. Disgraceful. Absolutely bottom of the barrel customer service. You got your money and don’t give a hoot what happens to after to collect payment… After ignoring several requests to speak with management you wanna dismissive on your Google page…………….."

"Motion is not only making exclusive parts that aren't really available elsewhere they are making common parts with more quality than you can get anywhere else. I ordered a set of their Big Block Chevy valve covers. I knew they were in short supply as they had mostly sold out the first run so I called instead of ordering online. The call was answered within literally 15 seconds, the order process took less than 2 minutes and was very friendly and efficient. Over the next 3 days I had regular updates in my email in box until the valve covers arrived at my door. Incredible service! The valve covers were tightly wrapped in foam and carefully taped and then packed with cardboard wrap and then boxed. There wasn't so much as a finger print on them when they came out of the box. Motion provided the bolts and fittings and installation took just a few minutes with a precision fit and seal. I can't recommend buying from Motion more highly. The entire service experience was 5 star all the way and the product (and the packaging) was absolutely flawless. The fact that the parts are made in the USA is icing on the cake in my book! I can only hope to see this company grow and expand, we need more like them!"
