"I would give the Geneseo location a zero if I could. Every time I visit there is no one at the checkout and I have to wait forever. They never apologize, just stare at you like they've never seen a customer before. Customer service is dead here. Extremely sad."

"I love to go to dollar general because they have almost everything a person needs. I don't have a lot of strength in my arms and walk with a cane. The manager and workers help me when I ask, they help me get the heavier things off the shelves. If i ask they will pack my bags so their not to heavy.that I'll be able to carry in my apt. They will carryout for me if I have large or heavy products. I shop at the Geneseo, Colona Stores. I am very satisfied"
