"Called earlier in the morning to try and set up appointments for my babies , I had asked a question and the front desk lady who answered the phone was super rude I already knew that this is somewhere I didn't want to take my kids , definitely needs some new staff"

"The staff is rude. I waited over 2 hours for several appointments and never got called to a room. They never have any appointments available either."

"I reviewed this place before and it seems they've managed to remove my review so I'm going to review it again just like before doctor here masaho proceeded to belittle me in front of my son because of a disagreement on the ability to get treatment for my son my son has autism and became very paranoid and uncomfortable because of the way she berated me in front of him in office during a visit she then informed me my child both my children I should say would no longer be seen by her. And now I find that it's weird my review no longer shows up on this business after this I do find it important that people know that when the doctor does not get her way here she simply treats you poorly and tells you she will not see your children anymore even though their health is very important especially with children like mine with a lot of needs."

"I love this doctor office. I had first came here when my first born was little and 3 kids later then we moved and now back to San Antonio. Dr. Mosajo and Andi are really great!! Very great doctors. I haven’t had any problems. The nurses and staff have been there for years and we love them so much. They treat all my kids and are very patient and answers any of my questions that I have and are very accommodating when it comes to having 4 kids and sees them all together to make it easier for us parents. I truly appreciate each and everyone there at that office. I will be a long time patient"

"The front office staff is rude, incompetent and unprofessional, after years of bad reviews and complaints, I'm surprised they still have a job. When you call to complain about them, they refuse to let you speak with their supervisor and if you continue to call, they hang up on you. When you finally get through, no one ever calls you back. When you're requesting information, even the supervisor has no follow through. They will charge you full price and refuse to run your insurance because they're too lazy or incompetent of doing their job. They are more argumentative than they are helpful. If this is how they treat parents, imagine how they are going to treat your children. Do not send your children here and if you do, good luck. Update: the "owner" just called me to inform me his staff made him aware of my attitude toward them, but when I asked if he was aware of the attitude they gave us first, he became defensive. He refused to let me speak and yelled over me to tell me to find a new pediatrician, before hanging up on me. I guess they failed to mention how we already found them a new one due to their unprofessionalism, which clearly starts at the top."
