"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY HERE! SERVICE IS AWFUL! The entire organization has terrible customer service! There is a small amount of employees that have respect for their customers. Inquired to corporate on why I was charged a copay for a wellness check up I was informed that after the doctor ask you if you have any question or concerns and you say yes it becomes a sick visit. I had never been charged for saying yes at a wellness visit. If you want to receive great service not just from a doctor but from staff as well. CommuniCare Health Services offer awesome service across the board. At first I was skeptical but after working with STCPC I have a genuine appreciation for this organization. The only reason I left STCPC was because my kids doctor left. But after seeing how the ENTIRE organization handles customers and their business I would never recommend this place for a dog."

"I have been going to this location for a year and today will be my last. I truly do not understand how Dr. Salines can be a pediatrician and look at my child like she's' just another number. No bedside manners and no compassion whatsoever. She's made me feel stupid on multiple occasions but after speaking to others I realize she is the problem. Most of the time she has to reweigh my daughter and do the measurements herself because her staff can't seem to get it together, and she isn't afraid to express her frustration. Due to insurance complications, I didn't have a choice but to stay put. Calling in to make an appointment is also a joke. Plan on waiting for 2 hours to be seen even if you have an appointment. I would never recommend this facility to anyone."

"We had a GREAT visit! Insurance issues have had us at 3 different pediatricians in 5 years. When I was looking into South Texas Center for Pediatric Care, I noticed that there were a few negative reviews, mostly based on wait time and office staff, but lots of positive reviews for Dr. Trevino himself. So I was prepared for the worst. BUT I found the staff friendly and helpful and kind! The wait was a little long (we were seen about 45 minutes after our appointment time), but we brought some books to read and there was a movie playing, so it passed quickly. I will say this, regardless of wait time, Dr. Trevino is WORTH IT. He had my son laughing within seconds and dazzled him with magic tricks and jokes during the check-up. I'm pretty sure my son had no idea he was at the doctor's office because it was all so much fun. When we left, he asked if I thought Dr. Trevino was "a wizard from olden times." I felt like the doctor really cared, truly paid attention, and sincerely *loved* his job. We are so excited to have found Dr.Trevino and I'd happily wait all morning for a doctor who cares so much about his patients."

"We were patients of Dr Salinas since my premature son was born 7 years ago and she was recomended highly from the hospital staff. Sad to say that even though we love dr Salinas we willnot be returning because the office refused to see my son who has strep throat because of a $30 co pay that had been billed date of FOUR YEARS PRIOR and I now have a two year old and I'm the last FOUR YEARS not one time did they ever ask me to pay and waited till my son was sick to collect.? We loved Dr Salinas but I know we can find another office that wouldn't refuse to see a sick CHILD, but I guess that's how they run that office I was never a fan of the revolving door of front desks, and nurses they have there nothing is ever consistent and I have had to change my phone number and address every time I've taking my children to the office cause a new staff member asked me every time and still wouldn't change it in their system, Save the hassle go to ABCD they have wonderful doctors there, I work with newbies everyday and see the wonderful doctors from ABCD, should have made the switch a long time a go"

"I just called the office of walter Duncan. For a dentist anointment. .. Some old black lady answered sayin "let me tell you how WE do it over here" She kept on asking me where do I work and I asked her why does that matter I have insurance she said I will not be getting my annual cleaning until they submit the paperwork to make sure my insurance is going to pay for it what kind of obnoxious office is this so I told her I'll just find another dentist office they all seemed kind of sketchy stupid black lady don't bother with this dentist office a waste of time if you don't have time to waste"
