"My son goes here. Nurses are so sweet to him and my dr for my son is very nice and always remembers everything about my son. I love it here. Very clean and there’s usually always seating. I’ve never had a problem with seating. Now with COVID precautions it feels safe"

"The doctors are good at what they do but the front desk staff is very slow. The wait is long when you go to an appt and waited an hour to be given a copy of a physical and shot record that should have been in my son's file since 2 weeks ago. 2 weeks ago I had to leave without the papers because they took too long to have them ready. I have to go back again because they took long again. Hope all the papers are ready on my 3rd visit. Only reason I keep going is because of the doctors and nurses."

"The place is dirty. Floors looks like they haven’t been swept or mopped in days. The whole place looks unsanitary. The front office staff attitude can improve since they have no emotions or are not welcoming. PAs, and nurse assistants are all very nice. Another place to improve is the waiting times. We weren’t seen until an hour after our scheduled appointment."

"I have been trying to get my 1 year old daughter seen for weeks now I finally got her insurance situation handled and the Receptonists that answer are not helpful at all today I called more than three times and they finally answered & knew exactly who I was calling for she knew my daughters name & everything so I immediately knew they were purposely not answering my calls. I previously worked at a clinic myself so I know they have caller id. She tells me that my child’s insurance is not active but I took her to a different doctor yesterday and it was active. I’m not sure if some workers are just being lazy & simple do not care but it’s very sad that I have been going to San Antonio pediatrics for 7 years and once I start going to this location I no longer want to deal with any of the locations. The doctors are incredible but some of their staff really should be evaluated. It really makes the whole team look bad."

"Usually wait about 15-20 min, RN, NP's & MD have been great- very friendly & do a great job explaining everything. Area is usually clean with plently of seating. There's a Walgreens down stairs to pick up prescriptions if needed. They have after hour clinic starting at 6pm is nice for those working mamas. My only complaint is that the front desk secretaries are not welcoming or friendly and being the first people you interact with it just sets the wrong tone for my visit. Overall a good experience."
