"My girls have been going here since 2015 and Dr. Juan Carballo and N.P Katherine Villareal are by far the best healthcare providers for my kiddos. They really take their time to understand any sicknesses my kids are experiencing. I am so appreciative of that. And for the times my kids wake up sick out of no where, the front office is so quick to put them in the schedule asap. I absolutely love that!!"

"This is the worst pediatric office in San Antonio! My son was seen at this location for approximately 4 years and every single visit we were seen an hour after our appointment time. The nurses are terribly rude (especially the short haired hispanic lady who weighs, takes temperature, checks ears and measures the children), they do not validate parking so you have to pay, God forbid your child gets sick all of a sudden because they will not schedule same day appointments and my kid never saw the same doc twice. I don't know if they purposely treat families like this because of their income but it's not right. I finally realized they were not the only option and called my health insurance and complained, they quickly sent me a list of pediatricians in the area. Needless to say, we are happy, it's like night and day. You have options, leave that God awful place."

"I don’t normally leave reviews, but this place is just exceptionally horrible. I’ve been there 3 times by appointment with my newborn son, and I’ve never waited less than 1.5 hours, nor do they validate parking. What’s especially lovely and considerate of this place is their waiting area with the sign that reads “0-6 months only, no sick patients”, my husband informed the staff that there were sick patients well over 6 months in that waiting area, and one of the counter ladies told us that my 2 week old premie baby, who weighed barely under 6lbs and wasn’t supposed to even be born for another month “needs to build his immune system”. I’m out as soon as I find a better pediatrician for my baby. I have not seen the same doctor anytime I’ve gone, and the place just looks dirty. Edit: I have since changed offices, but only after I had an even worse experience at this location. I took my son for his 2 month shots. We were waiting in the room when a nurse, who was very rude and unprofessional, came in and started cleaning the area with alcohol pads, and before I knew it started giving him his shots very quickly. That was not the problem, the problem was that this lady worked so fast that I didn't even have time to stop her from giving my son his shots WITHOUT GLOVES ON. She did not wash her hands beforehand or afterwards, and proceeded to work with other children. It was disgusting and I am never going back, nor would I EVER recommend coming here."

"Im not the type of person to give reviews but this has to be said. If I could give 0 stars, I would. First, reception is awful. They are rude and seemed very judgmental. Our appointment was at 1:30 and we didn't even get called back. We made a complaint after 3 about what was taking so long and they just told us what room to walk to. The room seemed very unsanitary and there were holes in the ceiling. When the doctor finally came in he seemed like he had no idea what he was doing and gave a very creepy vibe. He also did not wash his hands before putting on gloves and didn't even wear gloves the entire appointment. My daughter is 4 days old, why wouldn't you wash your hands? I will not be going back at all."

"My appointment was made at 1030. I wasn't called into a room until 1245 and I didn't get out until 130. Very, very long wait times. The NP was very nice though, I have no complaints about her. The facility needs some TLC. Not sure if we will be returning."
