"Found Dr. Rackley when we moved here in San Antonio 3 years ago. Our fellow neighbor recommended her as a pcp/pediatrician. She's been great with our son and is always taking her time explaining, listening and talking to us about our concerns regarding our son's medical issue. She also has a great team of staff and nurses that gives good quality service. The office can be very busy at times but we never had any problem and we always receive the care for our son that we needed."

"Called the office at 8:20 am to see if my son could be seen as an acute care visit. Waited almost 7 hours for a call back from the office to be told that Dr. Rackley recommended over the counter medicine and if the symptoms became worse to go to the emergency room. Luckily, I took my son to an Express Med where he was tested, given a steroid shot, and cough medicine. Took less than an hour to be seen at University Express Med Clinic. Will definitely be looking for a new primary care doctor as this is not the first time we’ve had this issue."
