Incredible how something so simple could not be caught I have change my daughters pcp."

"Was charged a late fee and told I had to reschedule when I called ahead of time on my appt to let them know I would be late. 6 min late. I asked what policy was before I would have to reschedule due to an emergency I had this morning with my other child- a couple of minutes. In an emergency they couldn’t see my toddler with respiratory illness bc of 6m. I get it if I’m 15 late but 6m? This isn’t the first time last time I had borderline harassed in the office because we were a few min late and almost all of Debbie lane outside their office was one lane construction and they didn’t even give a heads up or allow a slight tardy for something I couldn’t control. I know it’s a business and you’re there to make money but it would be nice if it felt a little more like you’re there to help the kiddos and understood emergency situations happen. A little disheartening. Then they call back and offer me a 12:45 reschedule, thanks but if you had a 12:45 available you certainly could’ve cut my appt short by 6m and still had that available slot for someone else who has a sick kiddo. Sure hope you got it filled with someone else otherwise you not seeing us was really pointless."

"I feel like the wait is inconsiderate often several hours, I never see the actual doctor, often billed incorrectly, and now charged $10 each to fill out the kids physical form during a well check which has previously not been charged for. We’ve been there for nearly 15 years. Updated to add - Instead of reaching out to a long term customer to see where they can fix or manage concerns I received letter in photo via certified mail."
