"This is a low-income housing property. In order to apply you need to join a waiting list of 3-6 months. Once you'r in, you will need to be reporting your income every time it changes in order for the manager to adjust your rent accordingly, one of the benefits this property has is that there is a social worker always planning activities and helping the community to achieve their goals. This is not a perfect property by any means, but if you need something cheap to pick yourself back up, this is one of the places to start."
