"My experience with this practice has been amazing. I don't love it when my kids get sick, but I do love taking my kids to them when they're not feeling well because they're so friendly, patient and caring. They know what they're doing and always do their best to make my kids feel better right away! Not to mention, the stickers and lollipops my kids look forward to, is just the cherry on top! "First time I came here I loved it. But my son got sick so I scheduled him an apt to come in same day. They call me 10 minutes later and said it’s probably viral he will get over it and cancelled my appointment. So I had to take my son somewhere else because they didn’t even care to look at my son who’s been running a fever for 2 days straight. Strike one. Strike 2 was getting my daughter into the facility before school starts and they needed her records. Fast forward they wouldn’t let me make an appointment. Once they got it they said sorry we can’t help her and will have to refer her out. So we went to cooks children in Carrollton with NO PROBLEM. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. The doctor isn’t even that knowledgeable on things she said she is knowledgeable on the website. The front office ladies are rude. I bet if I was a different race it would have been different."
