"Dr. Nelson is one of the best doctors around. she cares for my kids & any time we have a need, her staff is quick to get us in! there're not many doctors who will also follow up & check in on your kids when they are sick, i love that personal touch. Her staff is happy to help with your needs & they have been there for many years; long lasting employees are hard to come by theses days. my kids have been at this practice since newborns & are now in college & high school! she's the next best thing to myself as a momma! !❤️"
"I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Nelson and her staff! She has always been so informative, empathetic, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her little ones and their parents! She even gave us a call late at night informing us on lab results after hours without even asking. She understands parents worry and took the initiative to do that when she didn’t have to. We are so grateful especially as first time parents. Everytime we leave the office my husband always gushes about what a great pediatrician she is, and I can’t agree more. Her staff helped me when my insurance was not being the most helpful! They did everything they can even leaving me voicemails to recommend what I can ask my insurance, sending me emails to show me what they see on their end, etc and we finally got it all figured out. We were so against switching pediatricians after our first visit that my insurance needed to figure it out!! Lol"
"Great experience, especially for first time parents. The ladies at the front desk were very informative and helpful. Vicky showed genuine care for our child and offered to show different tips/technique to help with breastfeeding. Looking forward to ongoing care and services with this office."
