She always is so kind with my son that he's never been scared to see her, she's always patient with my questions and concerns as a parent and gives great, feedback in a way that doesn't leave you confused or feeling talked down to. I truly could not reccomend her enough! We have been through some health issues with our kiddo and she has done a great job at listening to us, taken concerns seriously, keeping us educated about what was happening, advocating for our child and family in every way she could. "We used to love Dr Mandal, but in the last couple of years her demeanor has changed. She's always been a little assertive and pushy, and always talked over you, but she's gotten much worse and more intense about it. She acts very arrogant. She also gave poor recommendations about what to do for our newborn who was losing weight due to feeding issues, and threatened to have her taken to the hospital. We got it under control on our own. When our vehicle broke down during all this and we missed an appt, she dropped us as patients! There was no warning and no call to check on us. We received a letter in the mail telling us we were being dropped. I used to recommend this place as well as her, but now I'd say if you go here, see someone else."
