"This was our first time using Smarter Homes and the service was more than fantastic! Peter himself - the business owner even offered to come and do the installation as well! Our appointment was the day the terrible ice storm hit, but Colter quickly put us back on track and scheduled us in for service immediately. Alex, the tech came over for a walk through for a hardwire install for our projector and knew exactly what was needed to be done. He even offered to install the projector to add to our service as well. The gentleman on the day of installation ended up fitting time for our hardwire AND projector installation. We were also having difficulty booking an electrician to install the ceiling outlet & they immediately had me on the phone with someone to come out. (They also kindly enough carved out the outlet hole for the electrician to save him some time!) We are very thrilled with the customer service by the company and 100/100 recommend them.
