"I moved to this complex in 2010. Management was horrible during that time. Code enforcement had to be called to get work orders done. Now, it is an amazing place to live. I almost never have to put in work orders but when I do they are usually done the same day! Rachel and Hayward go above and beyond to make sure this community is safe and maintained. It feels like home. They even have events around holidays and throughout the year and communicate anything that is being done. Great job to the Saginaw Station staff!"

They always make me feel welcome when I pass by with my dog. Rachel always tries to do what she can to accommodate myself and other residents when they come in"

"Great place to have an apartment, the management take care of your needs and treat you like family. Maintenance gets things done on a timely fashion. Never had a unpleasant experience with staff. Complex is well cleaned up and you see the staff going around picking up what is on ground. Again we don't feel unwanted at this complex."
