"I have lived in the Sire Wellington apartments since November of last year. I love it here! Victoria Pauken was the one who helped me with the process. She is AMAZING! Every step of the way! Amy has helped me too! She is Great! Stephanie is also here and she’s so kind too and helpful too. They know what they are doing! If I ever need anything done in my apartment, it is almost immediately done after I put the order. This place is convenient to everything and that means a lot to me. They also have great events for the residents. Check this place out, you won’t regret it at all!"

"The apartments are beautiful and the amenities are great. I LOVED these apartments when I first moved in. Unfortunately, the pros no longer outweigh the cons. Over the last several months, there has been a complete lack of communication from management. Unanswered emails, unanswered calls, and no priority to fix broken equipment in the buildings. The elevator, gates, keypads, trash chutes, and pet spa break constantly. I understand things happen, but I’ve lived here for almost a year and at some point you have to find a permanent fix for these things. A lot of people are still working from home, today the alarms went off with no warning. I was in the middle of a client zoom call and had to end the meeting and leave my apartment. Two minutes after the alarms started, we received an email to inform everyone the alarms would be set off today. A little communication goes a long way and I am not sure why this suddenly stopped happening from management. Very disappointing."

Our floor plan is beautiful, maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner, it’s peaceful here…from the moment we started our application process to move-in day, the staff has been attentive, prompt and most importantly: empathetic. True superstars. We’ve really appreciated their patience and communication throughout this process in finding our new home! Whitney has helped us from day one feel more comfortable about asking questions and goes above and beyond in making sure we have what we need. Any time we’re able to see Samantha around the leasing center, we linger because she’s so supportive and easy to talk to! We haven’t experienced this kind of support from our previous apartment staff members before and feel lucky to be surrounded by a team that truly wants to help us reach our desired outcome in being happy in our community.
