"They are extremely unresponsive. Took 2 months to get a response about our lease which ultimately cost us more money. I wouldn’t use them as an owner either. We offered to help find a tenant and they told us they didn’t want help. The owner ended up without tenants for a couple months. We asked for a move out inspection so we could fix any deficiencies and they refused and charged us about $900. There were violations of Texas Tenant laws on their part that jeopardizes their license but honestly it was less stress to just let it go. I get that property management is a tough job with rude people, but don’t just assume everyone wants to be a jerk and treat everyone with respect. It will eventually back fire."
