"Very clean place , only down side buildings numbered on one side , which makes it hard for people to find your apartment. Also reviewing several posts which seem to be legitimate complaints, in which the management needs to address vs. just discussing over a cup of coffee. Keeping the pool clean and address safety issues with a green pool. Fix the gate now that security has become an Texas issue according to DPS. Post building number for first responders to possibly save a life. And build a outdoor kitchen as promised, it would be nice just like many others apartment complexs have. Because they Value their word and the customer. Sometimes words requires action."
"The management staff are still laying to the potential residents over they are going to build an outdoor kitchen. When we first moved in over a year ago, staff told there will be an outdoor kitchen being built. We have lived here for over a year and still there is no outdoor kitchen. Also stafftold us the the gate would be working in a few week after we move in but the gates are still not working The swimming pool has issues. Some times the pool has algae grown in the pool. The only time the pool is half why clear is when the staff are filling up the pool. Last last thing is the apartment are cheaply made and staring to apart. When you place a service order to fix the issue, the staff tries to blame you for vandalize the apartment."
"My advice to anyone moving out is do not worry about your deposit. I paid professional cleaners 500 to clean apartment immaculate. I got a 45 dollars of my deposit back."
"We really love living at Remington Ridge! The office staff and maintenance team are so kind, considerate, and professional. Not only do you get a beautiful, spacious unit; you also get to enjoy their pool/hot tub, free workout room, pool table/game room, massive common area, and business office with printing. They care about your pets too. They have a couple of fenced in dog parks so you’re not having to keep your dog on a leash every-time you take them out. One of my favorite things about Remington Ridge is the amount of free parking they have on campus. You can park right up close to your building without having to walk far. You can also rent carports and garages as well. Thank you to the team here who always makes an effort to make your residents feel welcome."
