"its a trap… evelyn is a con artist. i highly recommend not going here. ESPECIALLY if your looking for low income housing, the maintenance people hardly help out and usually you would have to wait more than 4+ days. There is No parking and evelyn will tow you if you are even parked in the wrong spot (this goes for even being a resident too). The apartments were filthy and there was always a cockroach problem (and we like to stay super clean) plus a 2k fee if you break the lease:) DO NOT GO HERE THERE IS BETTER OPTIONS!!!"
"I have a friend that lives here. His apartment is an economy apartment. The price is right for him and hes never had a problem with other tenants. He gets a lot of packages delivered to his door as he does a lot of mechanic work on the side and no one has ever stolen anything that's been delivered, but it is a concern considering the location to a major roadway and there's not much in the way of security."
"I love living here. When I have had to have maintenance they have shown up right away. I like how close I am to my job. I would definitely recommend this place to other people"
"I absolutely loved my stay at Country Oaks Apartments. I stayed there for three years during my Internal Medicine residency program at Medical City Weatherford hospital. It is a very safe and quiet apartment complex and very clean. I was surprised that I rarely seen any types of bugs in my apartment especially living in Texas. Management is so nice and also very quick to respond to your needs. I remember putting in a maintenance request once online and the maintenance man was at my door in 30 mins! I have nothing but good things to say about my stay there."
"I lived here for a year, and it's okay at best. I liked that it was all bills paid, but my experiences with the management were not always great. I had several work orders that I specified could be done by appointment only, but they still entered my apartment without contacting me. And some of the people who live there are difficult to deal with. One woman would harrasse me and ask for money while I was walking my dog."
