"Management is very rude especially the manager in the front they don’t care at all they also claim to have the apartment cleaned before moving in which is a complete lie it’s roach infested and absolutely disgusting i would not recommend moving her at all"

"Hours are posted 10-5 on Sat, show up at 12:30. A gone to lunch sign with a return at 12:20. No worries, maybe they got stuck in traffic. Come back after 1, still no show. Wait until 1:45, again no show. Called multiple times, only takes you to a phone tree with option to talk to a person. If the office is this new resident unfriendly, I can only imagine what getting maintenance or emergency calls must be like. Also, a big selling point is they are gated. Sure, but I saw so many people just wait in office parking lot until some put in their code then just speed in. Very safe indeed. Would rate a 0 if possible."

"Lived here for 1 year. Not renewing. Girls in the front never answer the phone, one of them always has a bad attitude. The "computer lab" doesn't work. The gym has two machines. The pool is always closed and dirty. Walls are very thin, you can hear everything. They want to charge you for everything and to top it off they increased the rent."

"Moved in on August 2022 and had to move out the following month due to broken appliances and AC. I did report it, and one of the maintenance people said that it just needed to be clean. Well that wasn't the case. AC wasn't working at all, the office people gave me a portable Ac for a three bedroom apartment which I didn't agree. So I have all the pictures of the AC that needs to be clean big time and a lot of mold. A lot of roaches, that was reported but the girl name Eric informed me that they were going to send pets control which that never happen. So nasty apartment. I won't recommend them at all. If anyone decides to live there just make sure everything is working and they don't have no roaches. We couldn't cook cuz it was so nasty to cook in a kitchen where alot of roaches are."

"Horrible Management!! They take forever to fix what is needed. They want to charge extra for absolutely EVERYTHING! Extra charge for passes, extra charge for light bulbs, any maintenance that the apartment needs fixing extra charge, bikes, brooms or anything left on patio gets taken by them and extra charge to pick it up. The girls in the office are always rude. You would think they would be a bit nicer, polite since they are the face of the apartments. Im so glad i moved out when i did not worth the rent to live here"
