"I ordered the Rio plate, yuca fries, and french fries. Unfortunately, the food was mediocre and incredibly overpriced for the amount of protein provided. At $27.50, the meal simply wasn't worth it, consisting of dried-up pieces of meat carelessly tossed into a cardboard takeout box without even basic parchment paper to retain moisture. Some sausage pieces were outright burnt (and there were only two slices), while some pieces of chicken were completely cold. The preparation was clearly lacking in effort. Regrettably, Austin doesn't offer many options for good and affordable Brazilian food, allowing establishments like this one to overcharge for subpar food and lackluster presentation and preparation."

"Brazilian here! Your experience is 100% determined by who is cooking in the food truck. Today there was this nice Brazilian guy who cooked the food perfectly, gave a good portion, and was such a pleasant guy - it was literally amazing. 6 months ago there was a rude American guy who overcooked everything, gave me half the normal amount of food, and played dumb when I told him he also messed up my order. My advice: if you don't think the chef is Brazilian, come back another day. The price is only worth it when it's done right."

"Had Gaucho Plate with fries and Chicken Sandwich with fries during my visit at the Austin Trail of Lights, to share with my wife and kid. Food had decent flavor. The problem was the protein portion for Gaucho Plate had only 3 small pieces of beef and 3 small pieces of pieces of sausage, not even close to the other pictures that have been posted. Disappointed with the portion, i am person that easily get satisfied with a normal portion (i am not double size food eater). Need to be consistent with portions. Chicken sandwich was dry. Fries were fries, good seasing there, hard to miss that. Paid approx. $50 for mostly fries."

"well the atmosphere around is good, you feel a good vibe, but the truth is the food was very bad, the fries were very salty, they only have small napkins, they say that the food is something but it ends up being something else, I ordered picanha and They gave me normal meat, I didn't really enjoy the food. I basically threw out the entire meal."
