"Everything was delicious. Pork belly with collard greens. The best I've had. My wife and I shared the tomahawk with marrow butter. Cooked to perfection and carved at the table. Plenty of meat for us both. The gouda mac and steamed asparagus were great. The waiter Neo or Neil was a bit distracted for the first half of our visit. Seems he got better maybe finished out some tables or something."
"I've had the privilege of dining at Y. O. Ranch with large groups in the past. This last adventure was just with my family, and felt very much a welcome guest. And what a great atmosphere for a steakhouse. A welcomed change out from the white tablecloth establishments but with every bit the same quality and great product. The true taste of Texas.. The food was amazing, steak was perfect. Service was fantastic, the evening was great. Would recommend them without reservation."
"This place is amazing. Alan, our server was amazing and very hospitable. The food was beyond delicious. I had the buffalo sirloin which was quite possibly the best steak I have had this year. All items on the menu are a la carte, so be aware of this. If you are looking for a great steak in a nice environment with great service then this is your place."
