"Worst place ever! If you’re looking for reviews before making a decision, don’t do it . You will regret it if you come to this nightmare place. Our lease just finished last month. It was a horrible year. Maintenance is only one person for 3 different buildings. There is no hot water when you need it, in summertime the heat is very bad and the a/c breaks every time. My husband had to be fixing it :,( bcus the manager here doesn’t care and the maintenance guy only says he has ordered the parts but does nothing else. If you have KIDS don’t come here. This is an inhabitable place for kids. Management is very bad and it’s sad they don’t care about anything. The manager here is very rude and she’s always out, and when she is the office she has no manners, she answers you back very rudely when you inquire about the maintenance problems the apartment has. And to top it off the place is falling apart and they charge you at the end saying you “broke stuff”... charging you for repairs needed that you didn’t even break. Both of my neighbors there were upset and unhappy just like me. Same problems with their units. Broken stuff, no hot water, no ac in summer no heater in winter. :( I hope this review helps someone avoid this nightmare!!! God bless !"

"Good luck getting maintenance to do anything that is needed this place deserves 0 stars. Here we are in Summer the AC has been out for 5 days and they just keep saying they're coming but never do and being pregnant in this heat is not good. But when they do come since this is not the first time my AC goes out, they tell you they dont have the parts and you have 2 options: wait until they order the part or buy it yourself with no reimbursement of course. They used be good when I first moved in and now since the company and management changed it has gone downhill."

"If there were an option for no stars that's what they would get. Have lived at this property for 6 years now. Initially management and maintenance were great. They were professional, courteous and efficient. The longer we have been here, the worse it has gotten. They only have one person for maintenance on three separate properties! It took over a month of us asking for them to get our AC turned on."

"Maintenance is very poor and takes 6 months to get your requests answered...lived a whole month without gas so no hot water to shower with. I had to drive to relatives house to bathe my 1 y/o daughter cause they did not care. When asked about the situation they responded with, "It doesnt matter you have a roof over your head right?" Dont expect professionalism."
