"I've been here a few months now, and I love it more and more. They always have events that fit the holiday it falls near, miss Irma and miss torri are so nice and helpful, the grounds are kept neat and tiddy, maintenance is great! This is a beautiful place to live. 10/10"

"Lack of Unprofessional, I live there for 5 yrs and there was normal wear and there and they charge me still 570 and that’s after my deposit … the last 2 months I had there they made me and my kids go thru so much they had given a visitor parking paper instead of parking sticker but since I was moving out like they said they couldn’t give me sticker and my car got towed and had to pay!!! Very unprofessional in the office they treat people as they are superior of anyone!!!"

"Lived here 4 years. Very few problems and the problems I had were addressed immediately. The staff has been great. Some of the children that live here are rowdy as hell and need to be supervised better by their parents. BTW roaches aren't a problem here."

"My experience here has been great, we have a awesome maintenance man that just started and gets right to the problem. T and Lisa are awesome ladies in the front office. Everyone is nice and respectful. The 3 years I’ve been here I haven’t had a problem! I love my apartment. Totally recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to live."

"Low income government housing community. Faux dark hard wood floors all throughout the apartments and brand new black appliances, grey wood cabinets, and brushed nickel fixtures give the apartments a very elegant and contemporary look. They are very nice inside. HUGE, lighted walk in closets give you plenty of room and are a dream for most women! Each apartment has its own small patio. I love what they are trying to do, but people will always mess things up. For instance its a non smoking community, not even in the parking lot, in your own car, so not good if you're a smoker, buuutttt..... people still smoke and leave cigarette buts in the stairwells, in the corridors and in the parking lot. Its a pet free community, so it's not pet friendly if you're a pet owner, buuutttt......people still sneak in small dogs, cats and snakes. Not saying its right, but they do. There is a swimming pool, buuutttt......its too small to accommodate all the buildings and the people that live im n the community so it gets pretty crowded and not much room to enjoy the experience. The managers are VERY strict on the community rules which isn't necessarily a bad thing, since all they're trying to do is make it a family friendly environment, but sometimes its a bit much. There is a small playground and a volleyball area plus they plan to incorporate afterschool activities for the kiddos so that's a plus. Another plus is that they have laundry facilities if you don't have a washer and dryer, which, most, if not all, apartments have full washer and dryer hook ups. They have 1, 2, & 3 bedroom apartments available, buuutttt.......the walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors television or late night arguments pretty clearly. So yeah..... But hey, if you make it past the application process and can get into one of the apartments, they work with your income so rent is very affordable for being in Odessa, TX!!!"
