Lovington Trails Apartments

"Awful manager. I went to visit a friend over there & my friend were yell from the manager only for enter into wrong way to the apartments. I mean it’s a lots of ways to talk to the people but get yell from someone I think it’s to much. From my experience the manager is so disrespectful & unprofessional."

"No available parking! Where our apartment is there is no open parking period. Only some covered ones you have to over pay for and even those are taken. I am a very pregnant women and I pretty much I have to walk half way around the apartment complex with groceries and soon a baby. Even better I can only get those parking spots every now and again. Even those are usually filled so I have to park in a field still far away. How can a apartment complex not have accessible parking?? We have also had trouble with maintenance on the apartment in things that need to be fixed. It also took over a month and a half to get our mail key. They just kept saying they would "check it for us" although we work during their open hours. Management really does not seem to have their stuff together and rarely have answers! Way more trouble than any of this is worth for a small over priced 1 bedroom apartment. I would reccomend finding somewhere else to go."

"Been here for 3 months and still have maintenance issues plus the microwave caught on fire the first month while making popcorn so we reported it and they said use it anyway now 2 weeks ago it did it again so now they are blaming us which is BS. I looked online and there are multiple problems with the microwaves catching fire not sure how this will turn out. I will not rent here again nor will I recommend this place to anyone."

"When i moved in the tub and toilet had some brown substance caked onto the appliances. There was visible damage that was poorly fixed in the walls if the kitchen. The lighting in the bathroom is horrible. New management said i could park anywhere. They towed my car painted fire lanes now I have to pay the fees for the tow, the damage to my car. Can't wait to get out of that apartment complex."

"After signing a lease agreement and told my rent wouldn’t go up when I resigned my lease, it will now be going up almost $300. Apparently, market value means price gouging everyone because oil prices are up. This tactic is causing all the long term tenants to give up their leases and leave. This is on top of the fact they claim to be a gated community, but only have 3 sides fenced and both gates only work half of the time. Also, just this last week the pool was shut down by the city because it became contaminated. I understand rates typically increase when resigning a lease but to go up almost $300 is absolutely ridiculous. This is even taken place after I was told, when signing my first lease, it would only go up $25 at the very most."
