"Marty and Amy were great to us. The townhome was simple, clean and spacious. Neighborhood is quiet and clean. We also loved the trail to the university in the back. Management was very attentive to any issues we had. We moved here from Florida, and they made the out-of-state move easy. Here, you'll get quick communication, quick action and kind managers who are always available. Pretty good spot!"

The apartment was so nice and clean when I moved in, I had 0 complaints, every time there is a maintenance issue I just call the office and it’s handled right away. The manager and leasing agent are very friendly and definitely take care of the place. I constantly see them talking to the tenants and even the kids. 5/5 stars. 10/10 recommend living here."

"RENTER BEWARE!! Currently headed toward a legal battle due to fraud and false claims on move out statement.We maintained a near 2 year lease with rent paid on time and never caused any issues. We paid 1900 a month for the first year on a 1400 Sq ft 3bed and garage unit. The apartment holds less than 400 square ft of carpet. We have NEVER had an animal upstairs on the carpet and they send a move out statement demanding over 2,000 dollars in "carpet replacement" which obviously doesn't make sense when, even with full replacement that is an outrageous amount also there are no grounds for carpet replacement only repairs to a couple of patches in the door frame. Property management claims there was a "strong urine smell" in the carpet.. the strange thing is, I have NEVER had a pet upstairs nor would I live in such filth as they claim which is a an attack on my character as a renter. I also have both managers on camera during the end walk through not only seeing the room and never mentioning an odor because obviously there was none but also admitting of free will that it was one of the cleanest move outs they have done. They also tried to charge a 300 fee for clean up although the apartment had been cleaned with proof to move out standards and was left in better condition than when we moved in. There were no blinds at move in, no garage door opener and no amenities. They put up a fire place that they never gave residents access to use it stayed locked. This is not the first time this property has given tenants a hard time during the move out process as it happened to our neighbors next door. I would hope after bringing this to their attention they would do the right thing and remove the false charges but the management said on a recorded line to "proceed with court if I needed to" so that is what we will do."
