"Office has bad attitude and yes, you’re too busy. Get the tightwad to hire more and more pleasant folks. Listen to your patients and stop telling us how great you are. We don’t care. Be a proactive listener. Being predisposed to trying to talk your patients into your decided machines is a mortal sin. People that see doctors generally need them. Be a helper not a braggert. Trying to help future patients here. Try to explain that away."
"Dr. Franklin is by far the BEST doctor I’ve ever seen. He clearly cares about his patients and is super good at what he does. Going to him for treatment for chronic sinus issues has been a complete game changer for me and I couldn’t be happier. His entire office staff is lovely and always dote only little ones when I am there to the point they LOVE going to the ENT! It’s also super helpful as a mom to have it be so easy to bring them with me when I need to have an appointment.... which is now very rare thanks to how effective treatment has been. Highly recommend Georgetown ENT!"
"Doctor Franklin has a friendly staff and was able to get me into his office with little notice. I appreciate him working me into his schedule. I was dizzy and could not hear out of one ear and wasn't sure what was causing it. Other Doctors were telling me they could fit me in to their schedule in 2-3 weeks. He was able to diagnose the problem and set my fears to rest. Great Job Doctor Franklin. Thank you."
"I LOVED my experience here. The staff was super kind and friendly, and oh man, Dr. Franklin is THE BEST you guys. He is so patient and kind I HONESTLY felt he took so much time with me. I didn't feel like he came in, did his Dr. duties and ran out. He cared to wait until I felt comfortable with what was going on, and all my concerns were covered. The staff at the front window could use a bit of a smile boost, but other than that I LOVE this place."
"I have been going to Dr. Franklin now for a year or so, and he is definitely an expert in his field. He has performed an extensive surgery that went well. I have never had an issue with his staff, as they have always been very polite and accommodating. The billing has been slightly off a few times, but I think that may be my insurance to blame, because I have had other issues with other doctors as well. Overall, he is very professional."
