"I give this place 5 stars because the staff has been great with awesome Dr's. It has been odd not to see the glue of the clinic there lately but I know she has moved on to better things within the company and proud of her for it. Lauren was a breath of fresh air. She weathered constant changes that are the norm in a medical setting from staffing to administrative changes. Lauren is very kind and brilliant at her job. The medical team always referred to Lauren for all their needs as they knew she would be the one to be able to answer their inquiry. Lauren is the type of individual that many companies would love to have as she is very valuable in her work environment. "Staff was very helpful and friendly. Dr Puri was exceptional because he's very patient, thorough, and talked really calm and slow where I could understand him. He didn't present himself as being in a hurry for the next patient. He asks a question and listens to your answer. It was just a very pleasant appointment and recommend him highly to anyone. "Unfortunately if you've tried every shot..spinal regulater..injection..etc..etc..pain specialists will NOT provide pain medication. So don't waste your time and money. Pain Specialist won't help you. Apparently they don't provide services pursuant to the regulations set forth by the CDC. I went in with my MRI..other med records..and a huge amount of documentation. But alas they don't care. I will continue to suffer no thanks to them. I really wish I had better news..but These "pain specialists" have no idea how to help someone in pain and having to resort to other things that literally put tears in my eyes and heart. I will continue to suffer."
