"Had to have a biopsy. Nurse said the needle would hurt minimum eight times. Felt nothing. Don’t understand why the nurse felt it was necessary to alarm me to that extent. Only served to raise my blood pressure. The shot was nothing. The biopsy went smoothly. Just waiting for results. Have to admit I went in with prejudices, but I’m very happy with the doctor and the way everything went"

"My first trip to a dermatologist and I was very impressed. The nurse and the doctor were efficient and extremely competent. The doctor is super smart but is still approachable and friendly. She knew exactly what was up thirty seconds after looking at me, and got it done quickly and explained what she was doing the entire time. She was reassuring as she went and now I do not feel like I am being eaten alive by the stuff growing on me. I trust her completely and will go back for the blue light special in March. The nurse was extremely helpful and he made me feel like I was in good hands. The front desk personnel were friendly and efficient and seem happy to be there and even laughed at my jokes."

"What a disaster!! My first time with Vitalogy and it took nearly a month to get an appointment with Jones only to get into the office, sit in the lobby for nearly 20 minutes, and then get moved to a room with paper-thin walls and wait another 45 minutes. All along we were listening to Jones go from one room to another. No privacy as you can hear every word being said. At the start, the PA announces that Jones will "..be in [to see me].. he's going from room to room." Seriously???? Old trick to load up the patients back-to-back, claim the doctor is busy and just rack in the money. I definitely got the impression actual treatment and patient care was NOT A PRIORITY but that getting AS MANY PATIENTS BACK-TO-BACK IN ROOMS is the only PRIORITY. Finally, we walked out and let the staff know that leaving patients in rooms for almost an hour is UNACCEPTABLE. Not going back and will be cancelling all future family member appointments."
