"Granddaughter lives here while attending university. Seems well maintained and quiet for location. Lives upstairs apartment so for me it is a little more difficult to navigate stairs and I do not have direct knowledge of ADA standards for this complex of apartments."

"Lived here years ago (2010-2011). I always had any maintenance issues taken care of quickly. My apartment flooded from frozen/burst pipes and the manager paid for me to stay in a hotel for the night. I never had any issues at all with noise or neighbors. Great place to stay off campus but super close to it."
