"Two terrible move in experiences while helping move people in. Both times the apartments were dirty, things were broken, and the belongings of the previous tenants were still there. The front desk people did about the bare minimum to “resolve” the issue. Canyon has a lot of great places to live so I would avoid these or any of their affiliates if at all possible."
"I’ve been living here for almost 2 years now and i haven’t really had much problems here but my biggest problem is the maintenance crew, there is so many things that need repair since the first day i moved in."
"So many terrible things. Put in a work order the first day we moved in and after 6 months, nobody ever came even though we called multiple times. Broken drawers, flooding bathrooms, vents that were broken, closet doors not shutting all the way due to uneven flooring, I’m pretty sure there was black mold growing in the bathroom, uneven carpet, only 1 of the dryers in the laundry room worked and it would still eat your quarters, very thin walls (could hear our neighbors laughing), animal poop all over the yards, flooding so bad on the outside of our porch when the sprinklers came on that we had to make sure we were home by 8 or we wouldn’t be able to get into our apartment without stepping in a foot of water. Worst. Experience. Ever."
"I'd give it less if I could these apartments suck. Our heater has broken 6 times, each time within a day of them fixing it. The space heaters they bring do not work. They ignore your work orders for weeks on end before even calling you to see what the problem is. Awful management, terrible ways to go about rent and payments do not live here"
"The main office is located at the Canyon Creek Apartments. Great staff, really kind people. Willing to work with you and help with any problems you might have."
