"Just FYI if you want to speak to them on the phone, you HAVE to choose the option to enter your number (which you get after listening to the hold message twice) and wait for a call back. The staff confirmed that no matter how long you wait on hold, they will not answer the phone. I wish the phone system would tell you that instead of implying you could hold to speak to someone. I have been seeing Dr. Lisa Drummond at this location for the last couple of years. Sometimes I feel like she truly listens to me and cares about what I'm saying. But often I feel extremely rushed and dismissed, and like my concerns are unimportant."
"My son is a patient of Adrian Nelson's and we absolutely love her! She's been caring for him since he was born and he loves her. I was nervous about going to a doctor in Taylor because small towns don't always have the best options for care but her energy is always so welcoming and as a first time anxious mom, she has made me feel so comfortable asking questions or bringing him in every time i think something is wrong haha. My son will definitely be a patient of hers as long as she is around. The MAs that assist her are always super sweet as well. The location is also really nice, always clean, and we receive quick care."

"I love this office and so do my kids. Dr. Nelson and and CMA Cassandra are so sweet and kind. They explain things very well not just to me but to my kids as well. They walk us through each process and answer any questions we have with no problems! && they are fast but thorough!
