"Existing patient for 8 years at different location. New location opened closer to home. Scheduled same day sick appointment. Was called 10 minutes before appointment and told provider would like me to have a Covid test, was told no locations do Covid tests anymore. I advised I was already en route to appointment and couldn’t get a Covid test with my appointment starting in less than 10 minutes. When I arrived I was told the provider would not see me without a negative Covid test and I could be swabbed in office for flu/strep and then go home and schedule a televisit. The entire interaction was bizarre and when asked where information was posted showing in office appointments required a negative Covid test no information was provided. I was also told Management would be notified I was requesting a follow up to this “visit” but no information was provided to me. Have walked into other locations for same day sick appointments and never had this experience. Would give 0."
