"Horrible service. Went in to be seen for possible strep. Receptionist was very short, and dismissive to me. Looks like she is Receptionist and the nurse. She took the only other patient in the back to be seen and never came back, never checked me in, hardly acknowledged me even. After over 30 mins of her being gone. I asked the guy sitting in the back to give me my ID and insurance back and shred my paperwork that was just sitting on the counter. I will never be back. I'll drive to Georgetown where I will be acknowledged at least."

"I have really good insurance. BCBS through HEB. I went to be sure that I was clear to go back to work with a simple cold. They overcharged on everything and I currently have a bill for 317.05. When I try to call the billing department, it is always busy and their inbox is full. Don't go here. Avoid it."
