"Such a great experience! This is my second year with Rim and they’re wonderful! I see Dr. Jagnandan, and I cannot say enough good things about her. She’s extremely patient and thorough. My testing showed a mild abnormality and she immediately referred me to have further testing. The sweet man that helped with my glasses was amazing! He actually picked the perfect glasses for me (a style I would not have given a chance), and I love them! I also bring my children here and they’re excellent with them. Highly recommend!!"

"I read reviews before deciding to give this place a try. Unfortunately I have had a very poor experience. My contacts were supposed to ship to my house. They had them for over a week or two claiming they called me (no one called). I bought prescription sunglasses, and they took forever to come back. The lenses were barely dark, so I took them back to get them replaced. The replacements were very similar to the original lenses, but had a weird film. They told me they could do one other thing to fix the lenses, but I declined because I have no idea if it’ll be done alright, and how much longer it’ll take—it’s already been almost 8 weeks of dealing with them. I would not recommend going here. It’s hard to reach anyone by phone. The eye doctor was awesome and very thorough, but the rest of the experience was just not worth it. We won’t be returning."

"Edit: The office manager, Dave, reached out to me and I took my glasses back in. He advised that my lenses were off on two different measurements. He was able to correct my glasses in about a half hour. Because of this, I have added an additional star. I had to find a new place to get glasses after my insurance changed. I chose Rim Optical due to location and excellent reviews. Unfortunately I have never had so much trouble with glasses. My lenses were wrong from the get-go. I’ve taken the glasses back several times and they are still wrong. I even took the glasses to my old doctor to make sure it’s not “just me” and they confirmed the RX is off. Rim says no, it’s because the frames are “flat” which throws the RX off, so they bent the frames twice in an effort to fix it, which only created new problems. It has been months and I have never been able to wear my new glasses. And to add insult to injury, I sent an email explaining my experience and asking for a resolution, and after a week there is still no reply. I’m only giving two stars because the employee I dealt with before I received my glasses was very pleasant."

"Staff are nice but their customer service sucks. I bought a pair of glasses from them they didn’t even put the fabric cleaner inside the box. Also, I waited 3 weeks for them to call me and they didn’t so I had to reach out myself. Another important thing is that they have a very basic collection of glasses and a few good brands. Definitely that was my last visit."

"I take both of my girls here and they love picking out frames and everyone is so friendly. They don’t like the thing that blows air in their eyes but the friendly staff make up for it. We have also had very quick service and it’s easy to make and cancel appointments if needed."
